Rob Sight Ford is TOP notch all the way. They took real good care of not only my vehicle, they gave me a ride home so I didn't have to wait in their shop. Great customer service all the way!!!

Rob Sight Ford was excellent to work with when my car needed repair. They worked directly with my extended warranty coverage and arranged everything. They even gave me a courtesy car to keep while they did the work, which took two weeks (b/c of the slowness of the warranty company). They were kind and very professional. I will absolutely take my car back there.

I highly recommend Rob Site Collision Center....the team is thorough, honest, customer focused and ensures high quality!! The Manager (Randy) follows through and ensures customer satisfaction!!

I've been a dedicated customer of Rob Sight Ford Maintenance over 15 years with our three Ford vehicles. I have other Ford dealers closer to my home but choose to go to Rob Sight because of their excellent service on my vehicles and customer service. They are welcoming, friendly, ask great questions to understand my need and provide efficient and thorough service. One particular service manager, Dave Bryant has been my favorite because of his friendliness and professional service. Now that my wife's health issues limit my leaving the house, the mobile service offers an effective alternative to having our only vehicle, Ford 2014 Escape serviced. The recent visit by the mobile service came to address a recall on our Escape. The young man, Guillermo, was outstanding. Friendly, articulate and very courteous. He took care to perform the necessary repair in a very short time and cleaned up afterward. He carefully explained the action he performed and made sure I was satisfied and had no questions unanswered. Perfect! The dispatcher who handled setting up the appointment, Danielle Ceniceros was also excellent and took great care to help me set the appointment, explained what I needed to know and answered my questions. She followed up after the service to make sure all went well and that I was pleased. What a great team!

Tim greeted us and Michael completed our process- friendly, direct, answered all our questions- so helpful and made the purchase process very manageable. This is our second purchase from Rob Sight with Michael.

Kirk of the service department made my experience getting my truck serviced great. He got me in and got everything done in on reasonable time.
