I have always been impressed with Rob Sight Ford and the courtesy of the staff and has never felt like they pressure you on getting extra work done on your car just what is needed, Jake was very friendly and very helpful and got my car done within four hours.
I took my F150 in for a relatively minor issue, that was covered by ext. warranty, thankfully, but needed a few more maintenance things completed. Long story short, the overall experience was great: explanation of service, ETA to completion etc...
