Everyone I met at Rob Sight Ford was very courteous and interested in making my experience a satisfying and memorable one. I really felt important and like I was dealing with down to earth honest people. The sales manager, Matt, communicated with me throughout my experience. He was great. And the salesman, Mr Cox, was extremely professional and helpful. I recommend anyone who wants to buy a new Ford to give these guys your first try. Scott in finance was a heck of a guy too. And I wouldn't want to forget the lady at the front desk..very very nice folks. Go see them.

Great customer service from the minute I pulled in garage. The service guy who helped me this morning I've had before and he is always helpful and polite.

Everything was very easy buying a used car here. I found the car online and when I showed up I was able to quickly take a test drive while they appraised my trade in. Bailey and Rich were both friendly and did what they could to make a deal both them and I was happy with. Would definitely buy a car from them again.

Super easy process for the mobile service. Hard to picture going back to the dealership again except for repairs. I appreciate you all!

Great service!! I had a squirrel get up under the hood of my Explorer and had a feast of insulation and wiring. Check engine came on and I am from out of state. I was visiting family in Kansas. I called Rob Sight Ford and David took my call. It was right after they opened and told him what had happened and he said they were booked, but if I could bring it to them they would get to it as soon as possible. So I went to drop it off and Jake took my info and said they would call to let me know how much damage and the estimated cost to fix it. A couple of hours later Dave called, gave me an estimate and what they found. As soon as it was done they called and said I could pick it up. David and Jake were very knowledgeable and they took the time to explain to me what was going on and what had to be fixed. Whenever I come to Kansas and I have any problem with my explorer I will be back. Thank you David and Jake!!

They did a great job of putting a fan Motor and the switch which had melted . Great job.

I want to thank Rob Sight Ford. They came to my location, as my car battery was dead, would not respond to a charge. They saved me hundreds of dollars, as the battery was under warrenty. In these times of inflation, its good to know a company was honest, letting me know my battery was under warrenty, not some company trying to make a buck. Thanks again.
