    After getting a bit over the shock of the repair estimate, I’d say you guys did a great job. Instrumental in getting beyond the shock was my service advisor Tyler who explained the situation well and help navigate through the circumstances to justify the costs of the repair made. Professionalism like his does a lot to develop trust with a customer. Kudos to Tyler in representing the dealership and handling the service repairs in the manner which h did. Thanks

    Alex was great, very patient, helpful and polite. Went above and beyond to get all my questions and concerns addressed. Purchase process went smoothly. I felt well informed by finance manager, (Noah), NO PRESSURE, NO GAMES like car buying has been known for. Very atypical buying experience. Purchased a non high-end vehicle that I felt was carefully selected for their stock and we'll detailed throughout, including the engine compartment. More to say but will stop here. I'll be back for my next vehicle. Highly recommend.

    By far, this was the easiest purchase of a new vehicle I have experienced. Keith was outstanding! All the patience in the world and so knowledgeable about the vehicle. The paperwork process was so quick and the finance fellow, although his name slips me but he was an Army Engineer, was incredible. No pressure from anyone just pure professionalism. Bottom line-Rob Sight Ford just earned a permanent customer!

    Excellent job done well. Technician even worked through his lunch break. Resulting in my wait of not having to wait an extra hour. They also checked to see if had extended warranty and I did which made my bill so much cheaper. Will definitely be returning.

    Fantastic service! After calling around to several shops, Tyler worked us into the schedule at Rob Sight to make some unexpected repairs to my daughter’s car. Time was critical, as college started back the following week, but the repairs were completed a day ahead of schedule! Can’t say enough about the fast, friendly service. Thanks for helping us out in a bind, we’ll definitely be back when future repairs are needed.

    Great service and respect for customers. Took King Ranch in for service on a recall and they also fixed the rubbing sound at no cost that 2 other auto repair places couldn't figure out. Had the truck ready for pick up by 1pm same day. I can't say enough about the amazing service this dealerships service department has. They have 100% of our business if we need any repairs on the truck in the future.

    How refreshing to work with a dealership that is helpful, fast, and personable. Two weeks ago, we purchased a car and the process was literally under an hour. They were well prepared, more than fair on our trade-in, very easy to work with and no pressure! I was so pleased with the sale that I walked off without my coat, and they had it professionally cleaned, and mailed it back to me in Kansas! Top notch service! We'll definitely buy from here again!     I dealt with four or five car dealerships over the last week as I searched for a used car. Rob Sight Ford's staff stood head and shoulders over all of the others I encountered. Special kudos to Michael Cox in sales. He was very professional--something I did not find in many of the salespersons I tried to work with at other dealerships. The buying process was quick and efficient. I never felt pressured during the business end of the transaction which was also a nice change. I had purchased a new Ford from Rob Sight previously and have relied on their service department . I would not hesitate to recommend this excellent dealership!

    I rolled in at 0700 when they opened with an emergency oil change as I’m driving cross country. Prior dealership failed to correctly do the oil change and thus left me with 0% oil life. The team took care of me right away and not only provided the service but expedited the service to get me back on another 27 hour road haul across country. The service team provided THE best customer service I’ve seen. I’m usually not one to give insanely good reviews but these guys deserved it and it’s the least I could do. 10/10 would come back here every time for their level of knowledge and professional service.

    If you have a Ford vehicle, you should be taking it to the service center at Rob Sight Ford for any maintenance or repair(s) needed. They have a fantastic service team ready to help, the work they do is high quality, and they get you back on the road in a very reasonable time. Also, they have multiple nice areas for you to wait. I’ve been taking my truck there for 2 years and every time I drive away impressed by them.

    I've had the need for a few parts twice in the last few months. The first time I needed some limited slip additive and I went to a dealership that said they had it but then couldn't find any. I called Rob Sight and they held a bottle for me as it was close to closing time. The next time I needed some coolant o-rings and Jim helped me. He not only printed out a diagram without me asking but then gave me some tips on replacement and told me what to do if I needed more parts on Sunday. I was completely blown away with his professionalism. I will skip that other dealership that rhymes with Lax Motors and come see the Rob Sight team from now on.

    My wife and I recently purchased our new car from Rob Sight. We shopped and researched for 2 years before we bought and they gave us more for our trade than we thought we would get. Our finance person, Scott was great he got us a lower rate than our credit union. Rich and Gary helped find the right model and Rob Sight himself made sure we were happy. Go here to buy your next vehicle! 18 months later...I’ve returned for routine service now 3 times and these guys in service are fantastic. I felt like Moses when I arrived and thanks to the Ford Pass rewards my last 2 visits were no charge. Don’t go anywhere else for service!

    Typically going to a car dealership is like going to the dentist. Not something that I’ve ever looked forward to doing. I had the opposite experience at Rob Sight Ford. They made the car buying process a lot of fun and I felt taken care of every step of the way as if I was their only client. It’s a fantastic group of high quality people. The Bronco was my first Ford purchase and I’ll be a Rob Sight customer for life.

    We found a used car that we really liked… but I was concerned that there would be hidden fees like so many of the other dealers… I was very pleased to find out that the price that they had on their website was the actual price we paid (plus the admin fee). This made us feel comfortable dealing with the sales people. They were extremely helpful and friendly and made the process very pleasant. We love our new car and would definitely recommend Rob Sight Ford to anyone looking for a fair deal.

    Went in for a factory recall and an oil change with my 2 year old granddaughter who is visiting from Ohio. They went out of their way to offer us a cubicle with a TV for cartoons and toys to play with. My vehicle was finished in a timely manner even though they were very busy. Thanks, Rob Sight Ford!
